I believe in empowering individuals to live authentically

So what exactly does it mean to “live authentically?”

Living authentically means that you are committed to living your life on your terms, according to your own values and beliefs. It means being true to YOU, and expressing yourself out of your genuine self, instead of always conforming to expectations from others.

Hi, I'm Jenny, and I believe in the importance of living authentically because it's a journey that is worth the effort. Living authentically is the key to living a meaningful life. Authenticity requires that we know and appreciate who we are and what we bring to the table.

But sometimes people feel disconnected from who they are, which causes them to look to others for direction and validation.

I have a passion to empower others to grow and thrive in life. I have personally experienced the liberation that comes through the gifts of self-acceptance and self-compassion. I became a therapist so I could help others to experience this as well. Reach out and allow me the privilege of walking this journey with you!

I practice out of Common Ground. Each office space is uniquely beautiful and peaceful. When you first enter through the front door you will sign in at the kiosk and I’ll be there to get you shortly. It’s that easy!

A Little About Me

I love reading or watching movies that take place in the late 1800s or early 1900s, but reading is my absolute favorite. It is fascinating to learn about how people lived during this time. I even enjoy touring old homes that were built during this time as well.

When you don’t find me in a comfy spot with a book in my hand, I also enjoy going to the beach or hanging with friends and family while boating.
